The Civil Rights Officer shall be appointed by the Board and shall be responsible for providing information, including complaint procedures, and for handling complaints relative to civil rights (e.g., Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Americans with Disability Act of 1990) for parent, employee or applicant.
